Memorandum of Cooperation Signed with University of Ulster, Uk

 

Headed by President Richard Barnet, the delegation from Ulster University, UK, visited ECUST on April 24th, 2013. President Qian Xuhong of ECUST met with the visiting guests and they reached a consensus and signed a cooperation memorandum of agreement after in-depth communication.
